Today we are broaching a topic that I have been dying to talk about since the podcast first started last year.
This topic is what I feel to be one of the crucial pillars of the divine feminine reawakening and is one of the essential parts of our rewilding as women.

It is for that reason why when I found my next guest by being nosy on a friend’s page, I HAD to ask her to come on the show!
Today we have with us Cherelle Jay! Cherelle is one of the UK's leading and most recognised dance instructors, heels experts and performers . She has excelled as a young entrepreneur with her international dance and wellbeing company 'Heels & Feels,’ her hospitality and entertainment agency ‘COnnex’ and her ability to connect and empower thousands of women through her coaching and confidence training. With her background in presenting, live shows and performances in front of thousands of people, she has both the experience and knowledge to help anyone overcome any self doubt and lack of confidence!
She started her dance, wellness and mentoring company ‘Heels and Feels’ 3 years ago, holding classes, events, workshops and retreats, as a platform for women to come together to find confidence, support one another and to feel passion through movement. Her ultimate desire is to continue teaching and connecting with people across the world. Through this work and continued support to her community during the pandemic, she studied and qualified as a NLP Life Coach and works heavily with confidence building! Cherelle is recognised and deeply respected for her ‘uncut’ coaching, raw and ready approach and ability to empathise, share and connect with people past what meets the surface.
