There is something that for those of you tuning into this episode, may or may not know about me. I will never forget when on one of my Spiritual adventures in Costa Rica, I was paralysed to a halt when we passed a particular market stall. What caught my eye was a blindingly beautiful purple stone which I later discovered was an Amethyst.
I remember hearing people talk about how they charged their crystals in the moonlight and how transformative they were. At the time I thought it was all mumbo jumbo as I was so new to the spiritual world. Fast forward 8 years and I have truly lost count of not only how many crystals I own but how many times their magical energy has helped shift so much in my life.
Our next guest today, is no stranger to this and is yet another piece of living proof that crystals can completely revolutionise your life when you know how to tap into their power.

Raised in both the Middle East and Africa, Rayan was born a very curious empath and sought to work in the humanitarian field in order to to help those around her. Little did she know that she would venture into the whole holistic and energy healing journey and becoming a healer ad well as a light-worker.
She is now qualified in several Spiritual modalities such as Reiki, Belief Clearing, Oracle and Tarot Card Reading, Chakra healing/balancing, hypnotherapy, sound healing and so much more
Rayan guides her clients on how they can help heal themselves with their minds and basic tools that they can use at home. She also helps guide her clients so that they know how to clear their surroundings from negative energy and in turn how to keep positive protection around them.
Her mission is to help her clients self actualise and even assist them in becoming a healer themselves!
